AVA/Innwa building has a long
stories part. A few historians
have even gone so far as to call it
“retro‐licious.” Or at least we
think they should.

Under same management of
existing East hotel, the
AVA’s/Innwa’s been put through
a massive renovation and turn
into business enlargement as
“Retro Concept Deluxe room”.
Well designed rooms, décor and
new attitude‐the works. But rest
assured, we kept our cool.
