 First opened in early 1960’s, the  AVA/Innwa building has a long  stories part. A few historians  have even gone so far as to call it  “retro‐licious.” Or at least we  think they should.

  Now   Under same management of  existing East hotel, the  AVA’s/Innwa’s been put through  a massive renovation and turn  into business enlargement as  “Retro Concept Deluxe room”.   Well designed rooms, décor and  new attitude‐the works. But rest  assured, we kept our cool.   Will launch on 01st May 2013!
